In Bellingham

Alabama Hill

Mostly residential homes built in the 60's and 70's. Reasonable prices and nice views of the bay.

Birchwood

Older homes on large lots. Some apartment complexes are going in now.

Cornwall Park

Well-kept homes with large lawns. A quiet and sought-after place to live.

Columbia/Eldridge

Close to downtown Bellingham. Beautiful Victorian homes overlooking the bay.

Edgemoor

This is one of the nicest areas in the Bellingham area.

Fairhaven

Old town Bellingham. Historic and beautiful brick buildings, nice shops and restaurants.

Geneva

On Lake Whatcom; some small older homes and some new larger homes.

Happy Valley

Single family residential area and WWU student housing. One of the most diverse neighborhoods in Bellingham.

Lettered Streets

Historic middle-class homes were built in the late 1800's and early 1900's, and this area is being gentrified.

Mount Baker

Many newer homes have been built primarily in the Barkley area. Very high growth area.

Puget

Large single family neighborhood with some apartment complexes.

Roosevelt

Single-family homes to duplexes and apartments. Also commercial and light industrial area.

Samish Hill

Sparsely settled area with a beautiful natural landscape with a warm country like feel.

Sehome

One of Bellingham’s oldest neighborhoods with Craftsman-style bungalows.

Silver Beach

Beautiful views and lakeside living. Older homes and some apartments.

South

Natural features combined with limited development. A beautiful and relaxing place to live.

South Hill

Prestigious residential area with wonderful bay views.

Sunnyland

Comfortable older two-story homes that date back to the 1920's.

Tweed Twenty

Good neighborhood near Lake Whatcom. Mainly new contemporary-styled homes.

Whatcom Falls

Mostly newer houses built on large lots.

WWU

Western Washington University Campus.

York

One of the city's oldest, most historic neighborhoods. Houses are typically small on modestly sized lots.

Near Bellingham

Chuckanut Drive

South of Bellingham overlooking the beautiful rocky coastline and bay.

Lake Samish

10 miles south of Bellingham. Many new large homes on the lake.

Lake Whatcom

Beautiful lake front living. Many new homes, as well as established homes.

Squalicum

Very nice recreational area. Many new homes with reasonable prices.

Just Outside Bellingham

La Conner

South of Bellingham. Very cute little town with many shops and art galleries.

Lynden

North East of Bellingham. Farm country with a Dutch feel. Well maintained older homes.

Birch Bay and Semiahmoo

North West of Bellingham. Great prices on nice retirement homes with bay views.

Blaine

North of Bellingham right near the border.
