How much should the home cost?

The information you enter into this form will be used to estimate the value of a property. This is NOT a perfect method. This is a fairly simple method of getting a rough idea of the cost of a home. While it does not work in all areas, it should work pretty well for most areas.

What kind of condition is the home in?
This means how little work would be needed to make it look PERFECT.
This does not include the Luxuriousness of the carpet, appliances and those kinds of things. That is the next question.

What kind of luxury feel does the home have?
This means how classy and elegant all the fixtures are.
This includes the QUALITY of the carpet, appliances and those kinds of things.

What about the location?

Where is the home?
This is where this method becomes the least accurate.
If there is a really nice view in a really nice area, this method will NOT work very well to predict the home value. Beauty is too subjective and is difficult to calculate with a formula.
