This large room is VERY large. Plumbing for another bathroom has been installed but the fixtures have not been put in. The valued ceiling with skylights has been wired for a ceiling fan. Views are north, east, and south from 3 walls. There are 3 closets of various sizes, one with deep hide-a-way storage. There is an exterior door to a small balcony that faces north. The wood floor is a mosaic of the same fine material that was used downstairs, combined with light maple and which gives the floor a very beautiful look. Accent track lighting, and natural lighting from the windows and skylights make this space well lit day or night.

There is a walkthrough closet between the Art Studio and the Master Bath. Pocket doors can be used to access, or close off the Master bath. Additional pocket doors between the Master Bedroom and Master bath can be closed to allow guest staying in the 3rd Bedroom to temporarily close off the bathroom for privacy. The pocket door, used in the upstairs closets and bathroom allow shelves to be fully utilized.
